How it works step by step
Generate the link
One click creates a unique link to the project. You choose what the client will see - prices, suppliers, internal notes, full cost summary.
Send it to the client
Paste the link into SMS, WhatsApp or email - wherever you communicate. The client opens it on their phone with zero sign-up and sees the full list.
Client reacts
They approve items they like, reject the ones they do not, and add a comment to any product - for example 'prefer a darker shade'.
You get back to work
All client reactions appear in your project view. You update the list and send a fresh link for the next approval round.
What the client actually experiences
The client gets a link - nothing else. They tap it, a page with the shopping list opens. They see product photos, names, and optionally prices and suppliers - exactly as much as you decide to share using the 6 visibility toggles.
Next to each item there are two buttons: approve and reject. The client can also tap the comment icon and write what specifically does not fit. The interface is straightforward - more like browsing an online shop than operating project management software.
The whole portal works on mobile without installing anything. The client does not create an account, set a password or confirm an email. They open the link and that is it. When you want to close access, you revoke the link from inside Listoria - the previous URL stops working immediately.

Does the client need to register to see the project?
No. The client receives a link and clicks it - no account creation, no password, no email confirmation. It works like any regular web link.
What exactly does the client see after clicking the link?
That depends on your settings. Using 6 visibility toggles you choose whether the client sees prices, suppliers, notes, the full cost summary and other elements. You can show only photos and product names or the complete budget breakdown - the decision is yours.
Does the client portal work on mobile?
Yes, the portal is optimised for mobile devices. The client can browse the list, approve items and leave comments directly on a smartphone - no app download required.
Is the client portal secure?
The link is unique to each project and can be revoked at any time. Listoria servers operate in the EU (Supabase, Vercel) and comply with GDPR. The client has no access to other projects or to your account.
