Beyond the main features, Listoria has dozens of details that save you time and nerves.

Working with a client mode

Sitting with a client at one screen? One click on the eye icon hides purchase prices, commissions and your earnings. The data stays, you just do not see it.

Your earnings on every item

Commission or markup, as a percentage or an amount. Brand rules fill in the rate for you, and the Earnings total adds up in the background. The client never sees it.

Product alternatives

Add up to 5 variants to one item and mark your pick. The client compares them in the panel and approves one option.

Comments and mentions

A thread on every product: with the client, or only with your team as an internal comment. Type @ to tag someone from the studio.

Notifications and an email digest

Know when the client opens the link, comments or approves an item. Emails right away, once a day at the hour you pick, or never.

A safe link for your client

Set what the client sees, an expiry date and an email code at entry. Take access away with one click.

VAT and exchange rates

Net or gross prices with the VAT rate you choose. Products in euro or pounds convert at the NBP rate refreshed daily, or at your own.

Statuses and an order list

Six statuses from proposed to delivered, with your own names and colors. The client sees how many items are waiting to be ordered.

Project templates

Save the rooms and items of a good project and start the next one from it. On both plans.

Team work

Invite teammates to your studio, give them roles and work on the same projects live. On Pro.

Project history

Who added, changed or approved an item, and when. Show the client a summary in the What is new in the project section.

Trash and archive

Deleted items wait 30 days in the project trash. Archive finished projects so they do not count towards the limit.
