Cost Estimation for Interior Designers
Listoria is a cost estimation tool built for interior designers - it calculates room-by-room and project totals automatically, tracks your budget and exports a branded document with your studio's logo. Multi-currency cost estimation is a standard feature, not an add-on.
How Listoria Calculates Your Estimate
Add a product to a shopping list and Listoria immediately adds it to the room subtotal and the project total. No manual calculations, no formulas. Each room has its own subtotal; the project total is always visible at the top.
The budget bar shows in real time how much of the agreed budget has been used. When you approach the limit, Listoria shows an alert - before you exceed the client's budget.
Cost estimates work in one of 6 currencies: PLN, EUR, USD, GBP, CZK, CHF. Exchange rates convert product prices from different sources into the project currency. Working with a client from France? Set EUR and Listoria calculates everything in euros.

Can I export the cost estimate to Excel?
Yes, on the Pro plan. The export includes the full shopping list with prices, quantities and totals. On the Free plan you get a PDF export (with watermark). Pro costs 32.99 PLN/month or 269.99 PLN/year.
